Gateways to Pleasure

Here are the 3 concepts that are key for re-sensitising the body and allowing pleasure, connection & creativity to flow

  1. SLOW DOWN

Slowing down, breathing and bringing awareness to FEELING, like really feeling is vital to sensitivity in the body.

Light watery touches on the external parts of the body like the skin, hands, feet and face allow the body time and space to FEEL and notice and get PRESENT … this is where pleasure begins to amplify, in the subtle sensitivities

  1. CREATE BEAUTIFUL SPACES

Seducing yourself with warm, candle lit spaces filled with delicious aromas and delightful, beautiful objects or flowers allows the unconscious mind to relax which in turn allows the body to rest and relax in a natural way.

Create playlists to soothe and activate your pleasure body, buy yourself quality beautiful pleasure toys

You may also want to collect items of nature – feathers, sticks and flowers to adorn your body or your space with invites in the beauty of the natural world.

  1. BREATHE. LIKE, JUST BREATHE.

Enough said really.

Most of us breathe shallowly in our chests, a product of stress, tension and the societal ‘busyness’. Remembering to breathe deeply and slowly filling up my belly to my chest, and then exhaling all the way too creates energising, tingling sensations through my whole body and face, creating activation and life force to move through me in the most natural and peaceful way.
